Radiation Therapy Resistance
Our aim is to leverage our unique single-cell proteogenomic dataset and advanced machine learning and regulatory gene network-based predictive algorithms to identify novel targets and lead compounds for combination with radiation to mitigate acquired radioresistance. The work proposed herein will serve as a proof of concept for our comprehensive hypothesis-to-drug discovery platform and identify novel targets for clinical translation in the near-term.
